Depending on the place where you live and how you live, you might be experimenting social distancing, virtual classes, working from home and therefore you spend most of your time at home. So little by little making the bed each morning or getting out of your pijamas seems quite useless.
One time I heard that girls going to the city’s women's university never got dressed or groom as well as girls in other universities because there were no guys. So I remember commenting to my classmates that I (and a lot of girls) actually dressed up just because I like the way I look. But anyway I never frequented a women’s university I wouldn’t know about it but… what is all this about? Well, that if we do not have a reason get dressed we won’t and this goes for everyone not just girls. If there is no reason to wear your shiny shoes maybe you won’t and just let them in the closet for years, or maybe if you do need to get out the house you won’t use a clean and cool shirt and just be in pajamas or underwear all day… so is there something wrong with that? Actually no, there is nothing wrong with it. However when it is not only the weekend or holidays but everyday that you spend without making the bed or without getting out of your pajamas because there is no reason to do it, you might start loosing your enthusiasm, your energy and motivation.
According to some studies and social experiments done around 2015, people who dresses up for work does a better job and have better disposition than those who doesn’t get dressed properly. Not only I about work, getting dressed also influence your mood and feelings towards yourself. Getting dressed even if you are not going out and looking yourself in the mirror can make you feel different and bring you happiness in moments of boredom, stress, social distancing ad depression.
You may not have thought about it, but just as your environment can affect yourself without you realizing it, your personal image does the same. How about shaving because you like to see your image like that in the mirror from time to time or because you like how your skin feels? How about, even if you don't feel like it, from time to time you try to wear a blouse or put on pants while you're at home for teleworking? It doesn't have to be every day, but seeing your image in a neat and tidy way as well as being in a clean and tidy environment can sometimes do wonders for you. It can give a new perspective, cheer you up, it makes you feel good and more than anything it restores your energy and it could also give you new ideas. It is possible that not many people will see you in your look but you will see yourself, also do not forget your friends or social media if you want to share your look of the day so much!

You can have fun putting together combinations that you never dared to try outside your home. You can change the monochrome look for that color that you want to try on yourself but you have not done it yet or you can wear that pair of pants that you had not dared to wear in front of your friends. Who knows maybe you will find a relaxed style that you love and look great at the same time?
2. Add accessories
Try adding something simple to your look like a necklace, earrings, suspenders, a bowtie or any other accessory. These little things can change a look from being plain to a super cool outfit and full of flavor. Of course this also includes trying new forms of makeup, you may discover a new, easy and comfortable style that you want to wear (even if it's just a lip stick).
3. Try other hairstyles
In case you forgot your hairstyle and stay every day with the look of just getting out of bed. Try taking care of your hair, fixing it and experimenting with a different hairstyle, you can even dye it with natural mixtures such as tea, henna or lemon.
The point is that if one of these days you open your closet and see something you want to use, I invite you to try using it, even if it is inside your house. You will see that it can bring you a different energy! Just as you continue to tidy up your workspace or home, you can also continue to pay attention to yourself and that includes you appearance. It will not always be the most motivating thing and of course it is not necessary to do it every day but if the feeling appears, get inspire, get dressed and turn your home into your fashion show where the one who enjoys the show the most is you. !!!
